Risk Management
Depending on the level of potential risk identified in the risk characterization process, risk management actions implemented by Bayer MaterialScience may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting customer presentations and workshops on the safe handling and use of a product
- Developing safe use and handling guidance documents
- Authoring Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), product labels and other supporting information regarding specific products
Specific recommendations may also be developed for:
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Engineering controls
- Limited product applications (e.g. restricted uses for sensitive applications)
