Our team is comprised of product safety representatives and industrial hygienists who are supported by toxicologists, regulatory specialists, environmental experts and medical personnel. Your initial contact should be your sales representative, the product safety representative, or industrial hygienist. We will work with other team members to answer your inquiry accurately, efficiently and quickly. To help us keep abreast of the most current health and safety information available, Bayer participates in many trade associations and professional organizations. | Regulatory Affairs, Guidance and Information |
- At Bayer, an experienced, highly trained staff addresses product regulatory issues concerning the Bayer product lines. The Regulatory Affairs group is divided into three major areas: TSCA, FIFRA and FDA. Each area serves multiple functions by integrating internal and external customers and interfacing with government personnel. This staff is supported by, and works closely with, Bayer toxicologists, chemists, product safety, regulatory and marketing personnel to obtain new product registrations, to assist in product development for new applications of existing products and to develop regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
